Victorian Health & Fitness is managed by Michael O'Malley in a purpose-built Health & Fitness Studio. Mick has been a qualified trainer since 1999 and worked for the Geelong Football Club from 2006-2010 and has worked with many AFL clubs and trained numerous AFL and professional athletes. Mick has also run many training sessions for GFL clubs and was also the head Fitness Coach at St Joseph's Football Club in the GFL making 2 grand finals in 3 years. Victorian Health & Fitness has five highly qualified, motivated, focused trainers dedicated to keeping their clients fit and healthy.
Mick deals in a variety of areas such as general fitness, weight loss, rehabilitation, and sport specific programs for a variety of ages from teenagers and the elderly.
Mick also runs trek across Kokoda having completed 67 treks as of November 2019 (see Australian Kokoda Tours for more info).
Mick runs fitness and boxing specific workshops, teaching up & coming personal trainers and boxing enthusiasts with the same dedication and focus as a distinguished athlete, Mick is helping others achieve their goals.

Mick O’Malley is a former Victorian, Australian and Commonwealth boxing champion.
A late starter to the sport at 19, O’Malley turned professional at 23 after a decorated amateur career that included state and national titles.
Mick finished his career with 15 wins, 3 losses and 1 draw from 19 fights. His impressive record is staggering when you take into account he broke his left hand twice and his right hand nine times, had over three hundred stitches, three broken fingers, two broken ribs and countless operations.
Mick was able to overcome all this on his way to a world ranking of number three. He was the first Australian in 24 years to win a Commonwealth title on foreign soil as well as the first Australian ever to win two national titles in the same year.
